| The Kisan Call Centre Scheme is available over the complete country on common toll free telephone number (1800-180-1551) which can be dialed from anywhere in the country. About 123 experts located in different parts of the country at State Agriculture Universities, ICAR Institutes, State Department of Agriculture, Horticulture and other Developments are answering the calls at Level-II. Kissan call Centres Services has been made available right from 6.00AM to 10.00PM except on Sunday and gazetted holidays, beyond these hours the calls are attended in the IVRS mode. |
